Choosing between health plans is not as easy as it once was. Although there is no one “best” plan, there are some plans that will be better than others for you and your family’s health needs. Plans differ, both in how much you have to pay and how easy it is to get the services you need. Although no plan will pay for all the costs associated with your medical care, some plans will cover more than others. We will work with you to determine the best course of action for you.
Open Enrollment ended on March 31, 2014. However, you may still be able to apply for coverage before the next annual open enrollment if you, or someone in your family, has a qualifying life event.
Qualifying life events, which create a special enrollment period, are defined in federal law. Certain events may require certification from the Federally Facilitated Marketplace (the Exchange).
Most special enrollment periods last sixty (60) days from the date of the event.
